Wilbur Levering
A nineteen hundred and forty-nine graduate of Kansas State University who majored in agricultural economics. For outstanding contributions in instruction, broadcasting, agri-business and public service as a vocational agriculture instructor, WIBW farm broadcaster, vice president of the Merchants National Bank of Topeka, Kansas, member of the agriculture committee of Kansas Bankers Association, and of the Kansas State University Agriculture Council.
Given at Manhattan, Kansas, this twenty-fifth day of April in the year of our Lord nineteen hundred seventy-four.
