Filling out the Program of Study electronic form for a MS Student

The program of study form can be found on the Kansas State University Graduate School website Forms (k-state.edu), click Program of Study. Any place on these electronic forms that ask for the department head or program director’s name you will fill in Nathan Hendricks.

Here are the questions on the electronic form and how you will answer them. Of course, on the KSU Credits, please list all of the MS courses you have taken and the semester you took them and then list the ones you will be taking and what semester you plan to take them. All of the research credits should be listed in one entry. If you took research credits in different semesters just enter “Multiple” as the semester taken.
